These both errors confirm that something is definitely going wrong with the iOS 7 Facebook app. If you are one of those users who are unable to use Facebook when download failed on you, a very quick fix is to delete the Facebook app and reinstall it again from the App Store.

The Facebook app will be downloaded, but without the update. Method 3: If the issue persists then t ry to reset Internet explorer by following the steps mentioned in this link.
