Orthern tools
As a first time purchaser I am disappointed with the way Northern Tool was indifferent to my problem. Purchase was made on Dec 2nd, they debited funds from my card on Dec 4th.
FedEx to date has not delivered my package, only solution Northern could advise was to continue waiting already did so for a week plus. PayPal dispute filed, if they cared about customer satisfaction they would have shipped a replacement order and put stop on the other one with FedEx. Instead they would rather earn interest with my money and provide nothing for it. They lost my future business period. Ironton Hose reel cart arrived with box totally mutilated, with parts missing and some damaged.
I explained to them that the box is totally mutilated and could not repack it in the box. They ignored my statement and sent me a return label where I had to pay for shipping and re-packaging.
I tried calling them and after 20 minutes on hold they put me on hold again for 45 minutes. Still no resolution, Their customer service is deplorable. Husband ordered my a weed ship for Mother's Day. Today is May 22 and still no weed whip. They said they refunded us. They have not. Buyer Beware!
Stay away if you value your money. We are still fighting to get ours back. Tip for consumers: Do not order online from this rip off company with terrible customer service. Products used: None! Northern Tools.
Great customer service! Especially Derick Miles, I had a larger order of tools and he helped me with everything. I asked Derick if the brand of tools I was buying was good and he said yes. I believed Derick because of his experience with the tools. If I ever need any tools again I will definitely go back to northern tool and ask for Derick. Derick was over the top out going for me and the other people he was helping at the time. I ordered a heated power washer and the representative was great.
The order was suppose to be delivered a week later which is why I went with them. I had guys and machine waiting there as this is a lbs piece of equipment. Monday I called the YRC and they informed me they do not know where the package is, so I call Northern and they said they can not refund me.
I tried returning a raised galvanized steel flower bed. Was lied to by multiple people that i can't return any of them because 1 out of the items out of the entire order shipped. Till i took it all the way up the chain and am still sitting on a charge even after they got their product back. Tip for consumers: Save yourself a headache and being blatently lied to, buy somewhere else.
I called them and specifically asked if this price was for a case or a single bottle, and they confirmed it being for a single bottle. This country is scrambling for assistance and Northern Tool is seeing to it that the can screw over anybody for the sake of getting their money.
They get zero stars from me. It was the best gift! This is the third one I've ordered for gifts and everyone love the convenience and compactness. Press a button it opens The worst customer service and experience here. I ordered a fast framer kit on May 4th and they send me a letter on May 19th tell me that my credit card did not go through due to their error but at the same time sending me an invoice as if it was shipped. The website is horrendous to deal with along with waiting over an hour to talk to anyone.
I brought it back 2 times because it doesn't work. No refund, they blame me and refused fix it. People are not honest, keep out, don't trust them! This place is awesome, I just purchased over 3k worth of stuff.
I started looking for the item I wanted online and they came up. I tried them out on one item and called customer service to ask a few questions and they were very knowledgeable and friendly I went back to the website and bought all the rest of my items, great prices and deals, this place just got themselves a customer for life, thank you northern tool.
There were no sales people willing to help me buy a generator and a water pump. I needed help lifting and I had general questions about attachments.
Nobody came after going to the front desk and asking for sales agent. A half an hour later still nobody showed up. All the while I was listening to a sales agent who stayed on the phone with a customer about a chainsaw, half an hour of listen to this discussion not even a "let me put you on hold, I'll be with you in just a second" explanation. Northern just needs to shut its doors! This company does nothing but lie and then scold you for not being happy that they did.
I purchased a 11thousand dollar tool, and after a week of not getting any delivery information I called them. I was told the delivery that they gave me both over the live chat as well the order status was not true, it wont be delivered until January.
How is it not illegal to NOT tell someone they are buying a backordered part? Northern tool is aware they don't have any, they are aware that they are lying.
